IT support service is provided on the basis of a long-term contract, defining the scope of mutual obligations, responsibility and expected reaction time. This agreement is divided in to separate clauses; composed on the basis of our offer and customer expectations in the course of negotiations. Most of our contracts are monthly flat rate agreements. The value of the contract depends on the complexity of the client's infrastructure, choice of service options, and the expected parameters of SLA.

Cooperation with new client usually starts with a comprehensive IT audit. We meet the requirements of specific customer systems and eliminate potential irregularities. Then, after the identification of required parameters both parties jointly determine the most desirable means of cooperation.

We help configure, deploy and maintain backup and archiving systems, optimally meeting the requirements specified by the client. Together with the client we develop a backup policy optimally combining cost and safety.
We understand the necessity of key systems continuous monitoring. That is why we offer our clients access to the enterprise platform, presenting a real-time status of information maintained by key systems operators.
